Print & Production

All Premium Art products are made to order. They require a 7-10 business day production time.

 

By Jamie artwork is printed on mediums that contain natural fibres, these may occasionally contain small slubs and/or minor imperfections and have slight colour variations, this is a natural part of the product and is not considered a fault.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Stylised lifestyle images displaying products on our website are for illustrative purposes only, they are not to scale and colours may vary in real life.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

​

1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

​

2. Your order will then start production in our suppliers Australian warehouse and you will receive an email from us to say that your order is progressing. The standard Production Time for Stretched & Framed Canvas artwork is 7-10 business days, and for Rolled canvas is 3-5 business days.

​

3. After the production time has ended, your order is carefully packaged up and booked in with a Courier to start making its way to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for Metro areas and 7-10 business days for WA, NT, TAS and Regional locations.

WHY DO WE HAVE A PRODUCTION TIME?

​

All Canvas products are custom made in our suppliers Australian warehouse by their professional framing team. Having options for your artwork means that they need some time to create the artwork to your requirements. This means that you can absolutely say to your friends and family that you've had the artwork custom made for your space.

Shipping

​

Standard shipping is calculated on a per product basis which will occur during checkout. Shipping prices are subject to change at any time.

​

Dispatch & Delivery

​

Due to the made to order status of our Premium Art and Prints, our production times vary between products, which means that some of the items in your order may arrive separately or come from different locations. 

 

Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you require a print sooner than this, please contact us before placing your order. 

 

We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.

 

If you give Australia Post the authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by By Jamie if an item is lost or stolen. 

 

If a re-delivery is requested, charges will apply.

By Jamie accepts payment by Credit Card only. Payment is required before an order can be processed.

Returns Policy

Damaged/ Faulty Goods 

​

By Jamie will replace your frame or print if it arrives damaged. If this does occur, please email jamie@byjamie.com.au within 48hrs of delivery.

Change of Mind

​

Please choose carefully when purchasing as we can not accept Change of Mind returns. If you need help deciding, you can always contact us for a free consultaition.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
